As a fitness instructor and coach, I am truly shocked as to what women have been made to believe is a healthy body.

We are sold a message that does not support nourishment, strength or self care. Instead, women are led to believe that starving, excessive cardio and issues such as chronic gut issues, are just what we should expect in order to up hold certain social standards.

And despite the overwhelming amount of online 'fitness' professionals and the programs that accompany them, women's health has never been worse. Chronic disease, obesity and biomechanical issues are plaguing women, leaving us to wonder where did it all go wrong?

I believe that education is power, which is why after spending over a decade working with both general population and athletes, I decided to create a platform that offered just that. 

The Women Series was born from a desire to want to empower as many women as possible.

No longer shall we go hungry, be exhausted or be told that our bodies are simply not working. Today, and every day after, we will learn how to love, create, propionate and thrive in a world that suggests we shouldn't.
